After winning a bet with a guest about whether bourbon has to be made in Bourbon County, Kentucky (it doesn't), Jeff Grdinich designed this cocktail with Bulleit Bourbon from Anderson County.
Glassware Guide 
- 8 to 10 mint leaves, plus 1 large mint sprig for garnish
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
- 1/4 ounce chilled club soda
- Ice
- 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 2 teaspoons Frangelico
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and turbinado sugar with the club soda. Add ice and the bourbon, Frangelico, pineapple juice and pure maple syrup and shake well. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
