  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

Perry St. • New York City

This subtle variation on a Vodka Collins—lemon juice, sugar, vodka and soda—pairs well with the clean, light flavors in star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Asian-inflected cooking.

Plus: Ultimate Cocktail Guide

  1. 4 lemon wedges
  2. Superfine sugar
  3. Ice
  4. 2 ounces citrus vodka
  5. 1 ounce chilled club soda
  6. 1 lemon thyme sprig
  7. 2 ounces Lemon-Thyme Syrup
  1. Moisten the outer rim of a highball glass with 1 lemon wedge and coat lightly with superfine sugar. Add ice to the glass.
