An iPod jack allows visitors to this subterranean bar's private room to act as their own DJ.

  1. 15 mint leaves
  2. 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  3. 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  4. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  5. Ice
  6. 4 ounces chilled ginger ale
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint, sugar, lime juice and Simple Syrup. Add ice, shake well and pour into a highball glass. Top with the ginger ale.
