This summer cooler is a more refreshing version of co-chef and co-owner Andrea Curto-Randazzo's standard drink order: bourbon and ginger ale.

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  3. 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  4. 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  5. 4 ounces chilled Sprite
  6. 1 lemon wedge
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the bourbon, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the Sprite and garnish with the lemon wedge.
