- 1/2 lime, quartered
- 1 1/4 orange wheels
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
- 2 ounces pisco
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime with 1 orange wheel and the Simple Syrup. Add ice cubes and the pisco, vermouth and orange juice; shake well. Strain into a crushed icefilled rocks glass. Garnish with the orange wheel quarter.
