Vermouth Sin Nombre

Ingredients

1. 1/2 lime, quartered
2. 1 1/4 orange wheels
3. 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
4. Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
5. 2 ounces pisco
6. 1 ounce sweet vermouth
7. 1 ounce fresh orange juice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime with 1 orange wheel and the Simple Syrup. Add ice cubes and the pisco, vermouth and orange juice; shake well. Strain into a crushed ice–filled rocks glass. Garnish with the orange wheel quarter.
