Recipe: Venetian Lemon Shake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup lemon sorbet
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup Prosecco or Champagne
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
