- 1 lemon, ends discarded, cut into wedges
- 3 large strawberries, hulled
- Crushed ice
- 1 ounce genever
- 1 ounce crème de fraise or other good-quality strawberry liqueur
- 1 ounce vanilla liqueur
How to make this recipe
- In a rocks glass, muddle the lemon wedges and strawberries. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then add the genever, crème de fraise and vanilla liqueur. Pour the drink into a pint glass and then back into the rocks glass; pour back and forth 3 or 4 more times to mix well. Serve the cocktail in the rocks glass.
