Vanilla Bean Cake
Loved this cake! The flavors were subtle and smooth - not overpowering at all. The texture was light and a bit creamy. Not to mention that it was pretty easy to make. I served a large heavy meal at a dinner party last night - this dessert was the perfect round up...something light to top off a heavy meal. Served it with Dulce de Leche ice cream drizzled with caramel.

This was disappointing. I didn't taste the white chocolate in it at all and even with 2 vanilla beans, the vanilla flavor was very subtle. Perhaps it needs a bit more sugar.
