- 1/2 lime, cut into pieces, plus 1 lime wedge for garnish
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces rhum agricole
- 1/4 ounce apricot brandy
- 1/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
How to make this recipe
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime pieces with the Simple Syrup. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the lime wedge and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
