- 1 grapefruit wedge

- 1 1/2 ounces Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- 1 1/2 ounces Cocchi Americano
- 2 ounces fresh white grapefruit juice
- Cracked ice
How to make this recipe
Moisten the outer rim of a chilled double rocks glass with the grapefruit wedge and coat lightly with salt. Add the Bonal, Cocchi Americano and grapefruit juice, then fill the glass with cracked ice and stir well.
