- 1/4 ounce dry white vermouth
- 1/4 ounce grappa
- 1 lemon twist
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 rosemary sprig and 1 olive skewered on a pick, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vermouth and grappa. Pinch the twist over the shaker and drop it in. Shake well, then discard the mixture. Fill the rinsed shaker with ice. Add the vodka and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the rosemary sprig and skewered olive.
