These are delicious and not hard to do. I've made them several times, and for a party, they are always the biggest hit. I suggest making a double recipe for groups. The juniper berries are available in the supermarket alongside other spices.

These ribs look incredible yet I'm unsure I'd be able to find juniper berries in an NYC grocery store.
