- 3/4 ounce absinthe blanche, such as Kübler
- 3/4 ounce Lillet blanc
- 1/4 ounce white crème de cacao
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
How to make this recipe
In a cocktail shaker, combine the absinthe, Lillet, crème de cacao, lemon juice and Simple Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the twist.
