- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon pickling spice
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- In a small bowl, combine all of the herbs and spices.
