Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons ginger liqueur
- Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Directions
- Divide the pineapple juice and ginger liqueur between 2 Champagne flutes. Fill with Champagne and serve.
