Tropical Mimosas
Nicely done! I've found that the best ginger liqueur product for this is Domaine de Canton -- it has that real ginger spice I like and isn't just sugary candied ginger like some other things I've tasted. Using Domaine de Canton makes this a sophisticated cocktail rather than another fruity umbrella drink. The citrus tang is a nice balance to the sparkling as well, but my preferred recipe is 3 parts sparkling, 1 part liqueur and 1 part pineapple juice.
