  1. 2/3 cup pineapple juice
  2. 3 tablespoons ginger liqueur
  3. Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  1. Divide the pineapple juice and ginger liqueur between 2 Champagne flutes. Fill with Champagne and serve.
