Tropical Fruit Smoothie with Coconut Flour

Healthy coconut flour gives this mango-banana-pineapple smoothie recipe a boost of fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1 cup water

How to make this recipe

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until very smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add more water.
