- SERVINGS: Makes 1 Drink
This Vesper variation was inspired by the Seelbach Cocktail, a bourbon drink made with Cointreau, sparkling wine and a whopping 14 dashes of bitters. Miles Macquarrie calls for a full quarter ounce of orange bitters here (he likes Regans’), which gives the cocktail a beautiful golden color.
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the gin, Cocchi Americano, Cointreau and bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish the drink with the lemon twist.
