Legendary mixologist Dale DeGroff created the drinks for this elegant Italian spot. His take on a gin and tonic mixes citrusy Tanqueray No. Ten gin with bitter artichoke liqueur.

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces gin
  3. 1/2 ounce Cynar
  4. 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
  5. 4 ounces chilled tonic water
  6. 1 lime wedge
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin, Cynar and orange bitters and top with the tonic water. Squeeze the lime over the surface and drop it into the drink.
