Bobbi Brown and her sons often make pizzas with dough from their local pizza parlor. F&W's Melissa Rubel created this version for Brown using an ultrahealthy topping with only a small amount of fresh mozzarella (1 ounce per serving) and lots of wonderful tomato sauce, which is rich in the cancer-fighting antioxidant lycopene.

The acidic, fruity edge of an Italian Barbera is a great foil to the hot crushed red pepper on this pizza. Top choices include the 2002 Renato Ratti d'Alba and the 2002 Vietti d'Alba Tre Vigne.
