  1. 1/4 cup gin
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  3. 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
  4. Cracked ice
  5. Soda water
  6. Maraschino cherry and center-cut slice of orange for garnish
  1. Shake gin, fresh lemon juice and Simple Syrup with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled collins glass over ice. Top with cold soda water and garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a center-cut slice of orange.
