  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Frangelico
  • 1 teaspoon toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, pineapple juice and Frangelico and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the toasted coconut flakes.
