- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce Frangelico
- 1 teaspoon toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, pineapple juice and Frangelico and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the toasted coconut flakes.
