1/4 cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped
6 ounces hot
Simple Syrup
Toast the almonds in a 350° oven until golden, about 7 minutes. Pour into a heatproof bowl and add the hot Simple Syrup. Let cool completely, then strain into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
