Toasted-Almond Syrup
- SERVINGS: Makes 6 ounces
- •MAKE-AHEAD
- 1/4 cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped
- 6 ounces hot Simple Syrup
- Toast the almonds in a 350° oven until golden, about 7 minutes. Pour into a heatproof bowl and add the hot Simple Syrup. Let cool completely, then strain into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
