Tincture of Lavender

Use this to make The Harrier cocktail.

  1. 2 1/2 ounces vodka
  2. 1/4 teaspoon dried lavender
  1. In a small jar, combine the vodka with the dried lavender. Cover tightly and store at room temperature for 1 week. Strain and store in the airtight container for up to 1 month.
