Two locally famous women are in charge here: Mi Suk Ahn is behind the bar and Tamara Murphy (an F&W Best New Chef 1994) is in the kitchen.
- Splash of bourbon
- Ice
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce ruby port
- 1/2 ounce Crème de Cassis
- Rinse a chilled martini glass with the bourbon. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, port and crème de cassis, shake well and strain into the martini glass.
