When owner Donna Moodie was growing up in Jamaica, her father worked for Appleton Estate, which makes the rum she uses in this drink.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces amber rum
  3. 1 ounce coconut water
  4. 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  5. 1 ounce Ginger Syrup
  6. 1 lime wheel
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lime wheel and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
