  • 2 ounces Sercial Madeira
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Dash of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
  • 2 orange twists
  • Ice cubes, plus cracked ice for serving
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Madeira, Simple Syrup, bitters and orange twists. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled cracked-ice-filled double rocks glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
