The Harrier

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

Mixologist Greg Best named his lavender-scented riff on a Greyhound—made with gin instead of vodka—after a dog known for its keen sense of smell: the harrier.

  2. 2 ounces gin
  3. 1/2 ounce Tincture of Lavender
  4. 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
