- 2 teaspoons raspberry preserves
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces chilled brewed Ceylon black tea
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 lemon wedge
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the raspberry preserves, lemon juice, tea and Simple Syrup and shake well. Double strain into an ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
