In early 2007, a bride-to-be asked Great Nabob owner Devlin McGill to create a drink for her autumn wedding that would taste like chocolate-dipped berries but not like candy. This cocktail is the result.

How to Poach Eggs in a Strainer

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce raspberry vodka
  • 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces chilled Prosecco
  • 1 raspberry

How to make this recipe

  1. In a pint glass, stir everything but the Prosecco and raspberry. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the Prosecco. Garnish with the raspberry.
