Little Owl New York City Using a hand-cranked machine, the Little Owl’s co-owner Gabriel Stulman crushes the ice for each of the wine cocktails served at his new Mediterranean restaurant in Manhattan’s West Village. This riff on a Pimm’s Cup substitutes dry manzanilla sherry for the traditional gin-based Pimm’s No. 1 for a less potent effect.
