  1. Ice
  2. 1 ounce single-malt rye whiskey, preferably Old Potrero 18th Century Style Whiskey
  3. 1 ounce Amaro Nonino or other amaro
  4. 1 ounce Dolin Blanc or other bianco vermouth
  5. 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  6. Dash of Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter bitters (optional)
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe.
