Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 1 3/4 ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
  3. 1 3/4 ounces dry vermouth
  4. 2 dashes of orange bitters
  5. 1 lemon twist, for garnish
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the gin, vermouth and bitters and stir well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
