Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces single-malt Scotch
  3. 1/2 ounce ruby port
  4. 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  5. Dash of Peychaud’s bitters

Directions

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
