Thai Martini

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

Cuchi Cuchi • Cambridge, MA

This drink was inspired by a Thai soup recipe made with apple and coconut milk.

  1. 1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped, plus 1 thin slice for garnish
  2. 1 teaspoon minced lemongrass
  3. Ice
  4. 2 1/2 ounces coconut rum
  5. 1 ounce sour apple liqueur
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped apple with the lemongrass. Fill the shaker with ice. Add the rum and sour apple liqueur and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice.
