Tart Gin Cooler (Gin with Grapefruit)

This is a simple, refreshing drink, with flavors so complex you won't quite believe your taste buds.

  1. Ice cubes
  2. 2 ounces London dry gin
  3. 2 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice
  4. 3 ounces tonic water
  5. 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters (see Note)
  1. Fill a collins glass two-thirds full of ice cubes. Pour in all of the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
