Tart Gin Cooler (Gin with Grapefruit)

This is a simple, refreshing drink, with flavors so complex you won't quite believe your taste buds.
- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces London dry gin
- 2 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 3 ounces tonic water
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters (see Note)
- Fill a collins glass two-thirds full of ice cubes. Pour in all of the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
