Tarragon Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 6 ounces

Use this syrup to make the Au Provence cocktail.

  1. 4 ounces water
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 large tarragon sprig
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil with the sugar. Remove from the heat and add the tarragon sprig. Let cool completely, then strain into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
