At the time she was preparing her bar menu, mixologist Molly Finnegan felt under the weather and uninspired. After a 2 a.m. brainstorming session, this sensational hot toddy improved both her cold and her drink list.

  1. 5 ounces hot brewed Earl Grey tea
  2. 2 ounces B&B Liqueur
  3. 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/4 ounce fresh orange juice
  5. 1/2 teaspoon honey
  6. Ground cinnamon
  7. Freshly grated nutmeg
  8. 1 cinnamon stick
  1. In a snifter, stir the tea with the B&B, lemon and orange juices and the honey. Garnish with the ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg and the cinnamon stick.
