Tangy Buttermilk Dressing
- SERVINGS: MAKES 3/4 CUP
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped thyme
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a blender, pulse all of the ingredients until mixed but not smooth.
