Tangy Buttermilk Dressing

  1. 1/2 cup buttermilk
  2. 2 ounces goat cheese
  3. 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  4. 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped thyme
  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. In a blender, pulse all of the ingredients until mixed but not smooth.

Salad match Romaine or other crisp lettuce.
