Tangerine Syrup
- SERVINGS: Makes about 12 ounces
- •MAKE-AHEAD
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces fresh tangerine juice
- In a small saucepan, combine tangerine juice with sugar. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar, about 3 minutes. Let cool completely, then transfer to a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
