Tamarind Ketchup Glaze

  • FAST
  1. 1 cup tamarind paste (see Note)
  2. 2 tablespoons fish sauce (see Note)
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  5. 2 tablespoons sugar
  6. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  7. 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño chile
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Notes Tamarind paste and fish sauce are available at Asian markets. Serve With Any kind of beefsteak, chicken: marinate 1 hour.
