Mixologist Greg Best named this cocktail—made with Tahitian vanilla bean—after a song by the alternative rock band Porno for Pyros.

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces brandy
  3. 1/2 ounce Oloroso sherry
  4. 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  5. 3 ounces chilled vanilla cream soda
  6. 1 long lemon twist wrapped around 1 vanilla bean (optional)
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the brandy and sherry; stir well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and stir in the vanilla soda. Garnish with the twist-wrapped vanilla bean.
