Sweet Daikon and Carrot Salad (Mou Sangchae)
- SERVINGS: 4 TO 6
- 1 small daikon (1 pound), peeled and cut into 3-inch matchsticks
- 1 medium carrot, cut into 3-inch matchsticks
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- In a bowl, toss all of the ingredients and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
