Cocktails for Election Night 2016

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled and quartered, plus 1 or 2 kiwi slices for garnish
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
  • 1 ounce Tangerine Syrup
  • 1 ounce chilled club soda
  • 1 tangerine wheel, for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi. Add ice and the vodka, Aperol and Tangerine Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with the club soda and garnish with the kiwi slices and tangerine wheel.
