Clarklewis owner Michael Hebberoy recently collaborated with a local artisanal distillery to launch GBT Summer, an aromatic gin.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin and tarragon sprigs and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the tonic water.
