- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more
- 1 tablespoon water
- Wonton skins
- Mix the confectioners' sugar with the water and brush on 1 side of the wonton skins. Cut them into thin strips and spread them, sugared sides up, on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 8 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Toss in confectioners' sugar when cool.
