1 mint sprig, torn into large pieces, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
1 pineapple chunk, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges. Add ice cubes and all of the remaining ingredients except the cracked ice and garnishes and shake well. Strain into a cracked-ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the pineapple chunk and mint sprig and serve with a short straw.
