Ingredients

1. 1/2 ripe pineapple—peeled, cored and cubed (about 1 pound)
2. 2 vanilla beans, split
3. 2 cinnamon sticks, broken up
4. 1 liter vodka
5. About 1 1/2 liters Sprite

Directions

1. In a large container or pitcher, combine all of the ingredients except for the Sprite; mash the pineapple and vanilla with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 7 days. Strain the infused vodka into ice-filled highball glasses and top with Sprite.
